The guiding light to everything we do at the D.E.F.Y Program is based on “passion and purpose.” Our goal is to provide as much opportunity as possible to our youth especially those that tend to fall in between the cracks, by exposing them to the many avenues of life, help them identify their passion(s), and do what’s necessary to assist them in reaching their goals.

As products of safety net programs, it was always a mission to return to their roots to be an example and provide resources to the next generation through representation. We partner with professionals throughout multiple industries to provide insight, resources, and exposure in their particular areas of focus. Additionally, we provide financial literacy, life skills, and leadership guidance.
